International participants are eligible for up to two (2) nights of complimentary accommodation (within a maximum stay of three days).

• Accommodation is arranged by the organizers (specific hotel requests cannot be guaranteed)

• Limited availability, allocated on a rolling basis

• Early registration is strongly recommended

• Eligibility: Companies must have accepted meetings on the event matchmaking platform

During the registration process, participants will be asked to indicate whether they require accommodation.

• To benefit from this offer, simply confirm your participation and select your accommodation needs in the registration form. Our team will follow up and assist with hotel arrangements upon confirmation.

• For companies not covered under this offer, or for additional nights, the organizers are happy to support hotel bookings upon request. Please note that hotel rates may vary depending on availability and booking time.

• Shuttle services may be arranged for selected hotels (details to be shared upon confirmation)

• The venue is easily accessible via taxi or ride-hailing services

• Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is located approximately 20–25 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions

• Complimentary accommodation is subject to availability and organizer approval

• Priority will be given to companies with relevant profiles and strong matchmaking potential with Chinese companies

• Additional costs (extra nights, personal expenses, etc.) are borne by the participant
