喷涂往复机（Spray reciprocating machine）

是国内首台静电高压高转速喷涂往复机，可模拟最先进的汽车生产线的喷涂过程。可选用国际主流雾化器和喷枪，可以同时集成多种雾化器和一个喷枪。

水油通用，内外加电切换，满足各种油漆工艺喷涂需求；符合本安防爆要求（欧盟防爆体系认证；供漆采用齿轮泵配合伺服电机控制，喷涂控制精准并且材料消耗少。（单次喷涂原材料消耗＜300ml/次）

It is the first domestic electrostatic high-voltage high-speed reciprocating spraying machine, capable of simulating the spraying process of the most advanced automotive production lines. It can be equipped with internationally mainstream atomizers and spray guns, and can simultaneously integrate multiple atomizers and one spray gun.

Compatible with both water-based and oil-based paints, with internal and external electrostatic switching, meeting the spraying requirements of various paint processes; complies with intrinsic safety explosion-proof requirements (EU explosion-proof system certification); paint supply is controlled by a gear pump combined with a servo motor, ensuring precise spraying control and low material consumption.
